Terms of Service

Effective Date: March 19, 2026 · Last Updated: March 19, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our platform and services ("Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

The Services

We provide a platform for civic engagement, advocacy, and movement coordination. The platform includes tools for organizing supporters, sending communications, tracking civic engagement, and coordinating campaigns to protect human agency in the age of AI.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
  • Send unsolicited communications (spam) through the platform
  • Attempt to access data belonging to other users or organizations
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the Services
  • Use the Services to harass, threaten, or intimidate any person
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Services
  • Use the Services to build a competing product or service

Analytics and Tracking

The Services may use analytics tools, including tracking pixels and similar technologies, to measure communication effectiveness and platform usage. These tools are used solely for analytics purposes — never for targeted advertising. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Communications Compliance

All communications sent through the platform must comply with applicable law, including the CAN-SPAM Act. Communications must contain accurate sender information, recipients must be able to opt out, and communications must not contain deceptive content.

Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Services. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to use your data solely to operate and improve the Services. This license terminates when you delete your data or close your account.

Intellectual Property

The platform — including its design, architecture, code, and documentation — is our proprietary property. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Services.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Services are provided "as is."

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, infrastructure failures, government actions, or internet disruptions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, NY. You agree that any arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis, not as a class action. You waive any right to a jury trial.

Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. Upon termination, your access will cease and you may request data export within 30 days.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time with at least 30 days notice before material changes take effect.
